New seat design was introduced in 1965 along with new doorpanel desing. I have always liked the looks of mid year interiors, so changing that look woould be a big no no for me. The previous owner had installed brand new carpet weatherstripping, detailed everything to NCRS specs. Also the seats had new foam and leather so the interior looks brand new.

As this car wasn't equipped even with a radio from the factory, the previous owner had installed a period-correct unit from Becker (A German manufacturer), since this car is an original export model I'd say that radio is an real icing on the cake!
