Custom Made Front Bumper

As you can see from the photos below that I was already putting the stock front bumper back on after having everything powdercoated. I told a friend about how big PITA it was to get everything back together since it all weights so much he asked me why didn't I make them lighter in the first place!?

So, I took everything out again, took the measurements and made the whole thing oout of aluminum! The stock front crossbar/bumper functions as a vacuum container for the headlight doors, I switched to electric headlight motors, so I didn't need that anymore. All the stock 5mph crash safety nonsense stuff like the honeycomb structure were scrapped. So now the set up only works as a structrure that will hold the front clip aligned...
