Custom Made Firewall Block Off Plate

I had decided not to use any items from the stock heater/A/C system. Instead I went with a Vintage Air A/C system, which mounts neatly behind the dash. So now I was left with a huge hole in the firewall. I fabricated a simple, yet good looking aluminum plate to cover up the hole. I added few ribs to add strenght and finally just polished the whole thing. It turned out super cool and saved just over 75% weight compared to stock!!!!
