As for drive train I have bolted a 5-speed Road Race version of the Richmonds famous transmission. The transmission now sits on new custom made billet aluminum bracket and a new Energy Suspension Poly Urethane mount.

From transmission on I have changed the driveshaft U joints to HD units. I balanced the stock driveshaft before re-installing it. I'm using stock posi case with Ikerd's 2.72:1 final ratio. Everything was blueprinted before putting back in.

I ordered pair of tough carbonfiber halfshafts from Van Steel to take the beating. The CF halfshafts came with tough HD U joints and caps. They should be good for some 2000hp so I'm confident that it's going to be something else than the halfsafts that'll be the first thing to brake!

I also used pair of aluminum discs from Vette Brakes and Products to tie down the rear cross member.
